Confirmation of my delivery date

I ordered a Virgin media Broadband and TV package yesterday and I haven't recieved confirmation of my delivery date or my contract yet. My delivery date is on Tuesday 14th and I move in to my new flat on Monday. How long does it usually take to get confirmation and who can I contact to check. The online chat gave me a number to WhatsApp but I have had no reply.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to get confirmation of your install date.
