Not gotten a date confirmation email
Hello there,
I have ordered a QuickStart broadband package on 22nd August (last Friday), and have not recieved an email regarding confirmation of delivery date or any first bill statements.
The only emails I have are of Pre-Contract Documents, and a Order reciept with Order reference number
My Estimated Delivery time for the Modem was Tuesday 26th August (Yesterday). And since I do not have an account number yet to make an account online, or an area reference (which I believe is 24 based on past expierence), I cannot make a virgin media account and access the support functions.
Can anybody help with this ? It is only just 72 hours since order but being proactive

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
