Hi all I signed up last week as I am moving into my new home I have recieved contract emails etc and order summary but no account number .
so can not sign into my account etc to see what’s going on

We are so sorry that you have not yet had an account number, this should be listed on the right hand side of your contract, have you double checked this is not listed there?
