New customer credit

I just signed up with Virgin yesterday, installation due next month. On the website, it said new customers could opt for a new TV or £200 credit, I went for the credit. The salesperson said there would be a further £35 credit as well. On the contract I've received it says my initial monthly service charge will be £79.99 and under Other items and charges there is a welcome credit and One off discount amounting to -£185.01. These numbers don't add up for me, can anyone explain it please.

I spent an hour this morning trying to talk to Customer service on the chat line then on the phone, in desperation I tried to sign up for the Community and it took me another hour to get the signup page to work, the reCaptcha verification button was not visible at all so I couldn't signup. Eventually, after deleting all the cookies in my browser, the reCaptcha did appear.

Customer Service 0/10 so far, this does not bode well for my decision to switch to Virgin Media.
