I logged on my account online last month and saw a renewal offer that i thought was too good to be true. I accepted and got 2 emails which included a pre contract and a conformation with the order reference. However the new package and price hasn't been altered on my account? I have spoken to advisors via chat and whatsapp but they have all said the new contract price hasn't gone through and the best they can offer me is a new deal that is double the price im paying now? Anyone else had any issues with this sort of problem? thanks

Just to update Ashleigh_C has been very helpful in trying to resolve the problem and I'm looking forward to hopefully having it sorted today!

Sis you get this resolved, as I think I am in a very similar situation. Got the email, clicked renewal, got the new contract, then radio silence.
Agent I spoke to on the phone couldnt find anything about it.
