New contract not shown on website. No email.

Good Morning,

I spoke to the renewals team on the 4th April and accepted a new deal. I was text messaged a contract which i signed and has been uploaded (03100003363168). However this contract hasn't been uploaded onto the website. I also never received an email with a confirmation. 

My old contract has now expired and the website is showing that all of my discounts have run out and my bill is nearly £200. Whenever i log in, i keep getting prompts to "renew now" etc

From reading the other posts it appears that there was about a seven day delay in some getting added, however mine is now over two weeks.

I was wondering whether someone can have a look and confirm that my new contract is actually in place, and get it added to the website.

Sorry to see you have had this issue with your contract, it is certainly something I want to look into with you to see if we can get the package confirmed through for you, for me to do so I will need to look into a few things with you via private message.
