Email re Contract Change
In August, we received an email from Virgin Media advising that they were removing our landline (great, I had already requested this but was told I would have to pay £129 as my contract had until February 2025 to run.) We were also advised that they would be removing Maxit TV and replacing with Mix TV. We received the new Contract attached to the email but since then nothing has happened! The landline phone is still connected and the charges for our Virgin bill are still coming out at the same amount - although these should now be £20 less. I have tried contacting them via the Customer Service number (Foreign Call Centre) who told me that nothing had changed on our account and to contact Virgin Chat as I could post screen shots of the email and new contract via this method. After hanging on WhatsApp for nearly two hours I gave up. Had anybody got any idea how I speak to someone with some knowledge?
