On September 18th I chose to renew my contract online. I selected an offer which stated than nothing would change on my package but that the price would be lower. After clicking through I received a couple of emails including the pre-contract agreement docs which showed the price as expected.
Three days later I have received a confirmation email with a monthly price that is £5 per month higher than in the pre-contract docs. Also it shows an update to the tv package despite nothing being mentioned about this in the pre-contract stages.
Obviously I feel that the pre-contract docs need to be honoured both for the price and also the package. Please can someone advise what I do to get this issue resolved?
