I have tried to submit C3 requests through email to divworks@virginmedia.co.uk and DiversionarySupportTeam@virginmediao2.co.uk  and your online portal without success as keep getting information that delivery has been rejected. Would you please contact me so I can provide contact details.

Have you tried the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 ?

There's also virginmedia.construction@virginmedia.co.uk who may be able to help

Hello David, 

I have tried calling the above number, your customer team is not able to help. I have sent email to the above email address, received automated response, as per below, contacted the number on the email and the same story no luck so far. Is there someone from the diversion team that can contact me directly please.
