I'm currently working on a construction project that requires network diversions. How do i go about this? the phone lines send me through to sales. Any help would be much appreciated.

We do have an email address for enquiries like yours, However it is for internal use only.
What I can do is send you a private message asking for some details.
I can then email our Diversion works team to get back in touch with you.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

I'm currently also working on a scheme with construction works around a Virgin Media asset which requires a diversion. I have tried to submit an 'Altering our network enquiry form' however, the website does not allow me to submit the form.
Could you please share a contact for your Diversion Works team so I can discuss this further with them?

I have taken a look and we do have a handbook online that has a lot of information regarding new builds and construction, it is a little long but on the last page you can view a contract number and email for contract. You can view this here.

Hi,
I'm working on a Project in Athy, Kildare. This project involves a public realm scheme located in the town centre, in front of the Shackleton Museum. As part of this project, we are moving overhead cables underground. There is a cable running along the Leinster road from one building to another. We would be keen to remove the cable if it is abandoned and no longer in use. I can share further details.
