I moved my virgin service when moving which meant they technically cancelled my service and restarted it after moving. I always had Netflix included but since the move it won’t log in and says my Netflix subscription is on hold. How to I re activate this?

What stage of the log-in process are you able to get up to? Also, when you sign in to your My Virgin Media account here, is there a Netflix activation button showing on the first page you reach?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
