Netflix cancelled?

I received an E Mail from Netflix stating that the membership had been cancelled from Thursday 18th July 2024 because Virgin Media have informed them that my account could not be billed through my Virgin Media subscription.

I have the Mega Volt Bundle.

I did originally want to import an existing account but when doing so, there was only the option to enter card details for payment.

Sorry to hear that your Netflix subscription seems to have been cancelled abruptly and for no reason.
