Hi,
I recontracted last week and have a package with Netflix included.
I haven't received a netflix activation email.
Is there another way of setting netflix up it so I am not billed for it?

How do I do this?
When I sign in to My Virgin Media none of the broadband, tv and phone have ticks beside them on the home page so not sure what to try.
The recontract was last Friday and i received the precontract agreement on the same day.
I was on the ultimate volt package prior to the recontract but didn't activate Netflix included in that if that is important?

There should be a Netflix tab to which it will have a button to press to activate. Is there anything there like that?

Hi Martin,
No there is nothing I'm afraid.
The home screen has the broadband, tv and phone greyed out with "add +"
Does it take a while for the new contract to show on my virgin media?
