Can someone please help as I’m getting to a point of utter frustration at how poor the customer service is from VM

My Netflix account on my Virgin bundle as been compromised, it’s  all in Portuguese.

I’ve spoken to VM numerous times, and someone told me to speak to Netflix, which I did.

Netflix were great and explained what had happened, but said they need a 6-digit service code to reset. I can’t get this from my VM account or Netflix so I had to speak to VM technical services. Been going on 10 days this, and was told, again, they’d raise a ticket to the “concern team” which would take 10 days to sort. I had the same conversation 10 days ago…

Basically, does anyone VM know what they’re doing or how I speak to as I’m paying £17 a month for someone hacker to watch Netflix on my behalf.

Just want VM to fulfil their contractual obligations, which also includes customer support
