Negotiated new contract and next bill is double

Spent hours negotiating a new contract earlier this month and the bill for next month is double what it should be. I'm neurodiverse and really can't cope with going through all the automated menus to try and speak to a human. Can someone please contact me to sort this out?

While trying to sort out my WiFi the agent also looked into this. Seems the bill was sent out before my contract was updated so I won't be charged. A simple email to tell me would be helpful!
