Need to bury cable

Hi! Our Virgin Media cable is attached to the front wall which is going to be rebuilt soon by the council because it is loose. We need the cable to be buried underground ASAP. Who can I contact to arrange this? I've tried emailing and had no answers, and there are no relevant options when I call
