Need help changing my contact phone number

As seen with other posts I need to update my contact number but web site and app won’t save this , any help please ?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble updating some details via the My Virgin Media online account. What happens when you try exactly? Does an error message appear?

On the website it changes it and saves it hit refresh or leave page and come back it’s the old number again
