I have just spent the last 2 years under enormous amount of stress being evicted from my home. I was being moved and was looking at Internet deals, vm called me and offered me a volt deal for £68 a month for 18 months. I did agree to this. In the bedrooms my son and daughter where not getting wifi, I spent an hour on the phone trying to get a WiFi booster, I had to call back and spoke to someone else who sent one out straight away, I put this in the hallway and my daughter has wifi but my son is still struggling with it. During the week I called in and asked if they could send me out another booster for my sons room ( with the volt package you acn have 3 ) I spoke to a lady and was offered a couple of choices, one being 1gb for £75 a month for 18 month contract and another booster. She sent me the new contract and told me to click on it and it came up as £101, she explained that I would get it for £75 the manager had agreed to this.

Later that day I received an email from vm saying my volt package is £124 with no changes made, I called in vm and was told the new offer of £75 at 1gb had not been hounered, I was so upset and distressed by this, I can not afford £124 a month, he tried to get Me to take another contract out and I refused saying I don't believe anything he was telling me, I just wanted to leave vm. He told me if I did that I would have to pay £1000. That caused me more stress. Then I have no choice to stay in the contract. I have no clue what is going on.

I have explained to virgin media that I have disabilities, I'm a full time carer also for my disabled son.

I am ever so worried about this it's effecting my mental health. My bill this month is £137. I can not afford £124 next month on top. I don't know what to do as I can not afford this.
