Hello everyone,
My package is M250 broadband for £57/month, with usually £28 discount credit. But it suddenly cange to a £14.5 discount for this month bill and I don't understand why it's reduced. Virgin Media constantly overcharges my bill for various reasons and I honestly have had enough of it.

No, it shows nothing. I noticed that it says the discount end on 7th March and this one is my last bill.

The Virgin Media bills charge 30 days ahead of time for the upcoming period.
If your discount is due to expire, then this would be the reason why the discount has only been partially applied - as it runs out.
