My VM fibre went live 6 Feb.  I have been billed for two months usage due 14 March 2024?

I went through money supermarket to sign up and as an incentive £85 reward was to be applied to my account.  The Web chat said otherwise yesterday and that I will be paid by the third party.  It clearly says the credit will be applied to my bill.

Finally i have been trying to set up/access my account for 2 weeks and the forgotten password link never materialises. 

The customer services team talk over me and continually say they can't hear me so I cannot get anything dressed.

This is my worst experience todate of customer service.

How do I get issues resolved when there is no written contact available or phone contact is simply useless
