Moving overseas

We have moved out of our house and are moving overseas and have no contract (it was just 12 months and that is finished). I can't pay final bill as it is including the following month and I can't find any number to contact to stop anything. Doesn't recognise my email when I try to log in, when using the email my bills go to.

I am so sorry to hear you are facing an issue cancelling and welcome to the community forums its great to have you here.

You can call to cancel with our teams on 0345 454 1111, but please be aware we do need 30 days notice after this a final bill be produced with a credit back for any services paid for but not used.
