Im due to move home on july 26th but my new home is only due to be ready late october. I have to move in with family. Is there anyway of freezing my contract. Or still pay my bill without the the new home owners benefitting from having virgin still installed. ?

We would not be able to advise on freezing an account from the forums here as this would be the movers team, but as far as we are aware we are not able to offer a freeze on an account.
You can discuss moving the service to the family home or discuss the move further with the movers team but you would need to call on 0345 454 1111.
