Hi Martin,
I have already called the contact number, thanks. Do you have any advice to offer on this thread? I have been advised to get someone to take over my account and I will avoid the cancellation fee, instead there will only be a £20 for install at the new address. So this is my plan now, I have someone willing to take over the account and an agent confirmed on chat that the cancellation fee will be waived in this event. Are you able to confirm?

Forum TeamTo my knowledge this isn't something that we would be able to do as we don't do transfers of ownership. For confirmation I would recommend speaking with the Movers teams though.
