Recently moved house and noticed that i was put on a new 18 month contract that i didn't agree to or ask for.
My 'first' bill is also showing as double the normal bill, £180.
I've spoken to customer services and they assured me that i've been put back on my original contract but won't revert the next bill to its normal amount. They say this over payment will be refunded at the end of the contract which is in a few months. This makes no sense and i'd like this looked into please
