Hello,
Moved house in November and moved contract over with us. Assumed it was a continuation contract! But no. Been told its a new one?! And have 10 months left.
Was not informed of this and so continued on. But because of this new contract, I am now going to have to pay full price for the next 10 months instead of the 18 months diacounts I signed up for! This is not acceptable! I joined on the 18 month contract with discounts. But because I have used 10 months at previous address and 8 months at new one with discounts; I still have 10 months remaining full price.
If a new contract was made; surely the discount should restart! Not continue over since my contract has not continued over? I want this sorted. Its a joke!
