Moved home now my bill is more than double

My package after discounts and stuff is £71.80 has been for months... moved home after my fathers death and sadly had to take virgin with me as i was still in contract... was told it would cost £20 .. last bill dated July 31st was £71.80 and paid in full via direct debit on August 16th... So i was expecting todays bill to be £91.80... was amazed to open my email and see they want £161.20...

It says my package price 11 sept -10 october £71.80

Credit £9.57 from my last bill

Then, package changes £78.97   ..£38.80 for the usual channels and £43.17 for sports and cinema....    

My packaged did not change, the sports and cinema are included in my bundle and my price is £71.80 per month... and this time plus the £20 for moving...

Could someone take a look and rectify this before my bill is paid as there not a chance on earth im paying that and waiting for a refund.

Thank you for your post. I am very sorry to hear that your Father has recently passed, and for the issues experienced with your package after moving home. If no changes were made to the package at all during the home move, then the price and contract should have continued exactly how it was at the previous address. I can certainly take a look into this for you.
