Moved Home - Bill increased

Hi,

I moved home with Virgin Media and wanted to keep my current package. However, rather than keep my original contract price - a new contract was started with a MUCH higher monthly price. I did not agree to this new higher contract and would like to be placed under my original contract and price. Could someone please help.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I hope the move went well 🙂

Apologies for any confusion. How it should work is that if you've still got time left on the old contract, then it would just carry over to the new property.

What may need to happen is the contract/price would be put on in full but then amended when the move goes ahead, and this is due to coding.
