Hi I have tried 3 different browsers to try initiate a home move - but the "Book My Move" link does not
even tried on the virgin media app. I have paid my bill - up to date - the virgin website does not work or has errors
anyone can help on this ?

Something seems wrong with the virgin website
used this link https://www.virginmedia.com/help/moving-home/move-serviceable
says i can move my services to my new address - yet the Book Move link not working tried firefox edge / chrome and the app on my handset. now stuck in a que on the phone for nearly half an hour trying to get through to a real person.

I've just gone to the page you linked and clicked on the messenger chat and that's working. You might need to enable popups in your browser before that works for you. (screenshot below)
