I'm a university student and from the 21st of September, I will be living at a student rented house. However neither me or any of my flatmates have moved into the house yet, but Yodel delivered the parcel on Saturday 17th of August. A friend of mine went round to collect it on Wednesday 21st of August but they couldn't find the parcel. What do I do? Do I call Virgin Media, explain the situation that the parcel is missing and order a new box? If I do order a new box, will I be charged?

Is the tracking by Yodel showing it was definitely delivered to the property in question and not left in a safe place or somewhere else?

Hi, yes Yodel definitely delivered it. They sent a photo. Should I call Virgin and explain that the parcel is missing
