Hello,
I recently signed up for a Gig1 Broadband only contract and noticed my contract information does not state a Customer Account Number or Reference code, it is a blank field. As such I can't sign up for a My Virgin Media Account and track/move my installation date.
Can anyone help? Location is within Essex if there is a general code for that!
