Hi Petrie9419,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear we have been unable to speak to you due to you not know the account memorable word or the email address you set the account up with, when discussing your account we do first have to clear security, if still have an active account and can get into your Online Account you can change your memorable word there, if you just need general help we may be able to help without accessing your account, please can you expand a little on what you need help with?
Regards
Paul.

Hi @Petrie9419 thanks for getting back to us. To discuss a new deal, you'd need to speak to our customer relations team. Usually, the best time to call on weekdays, is as close to 8:00am as conveniently possible. Alternatively, if you wish to try a different method to contact us, all our contact methods can be found here. Please do let us know how you get on.
Regards
Lee
