Memorable Word

I must have set this up years ago and have no idea what it is.  I have found how to re-set this but it says I must provide an email address that is not virgin media.  I do not have one nor do I want to set one up!!  Does this mean I am in a memorable word black hole?  Yet another virgin media issue!!

    Birmik Basically yes.  In order to make any changes to passwords or memorable words VM require that a third party email address is set as the account username.  This is to tighten up security as verification codes are sent to the third party email address.

    Most companies are using memorable words for security, it's just so they can prove it's you. You would've set it up when you originally made your account.

    If you've forgotten it, then you should probably ask Virgin Media to change it.
