Memorable word reset

Hello,

I am trying to reset/ recover my memorable word. I have followed the instructions on other posts, however, when I go to my account details as instructed there is no option to change my telephone security details. The only options on this page are to reset my password and my communication preferences. can anyone please advise? Thank you.
