Hi,
We just had our Virgin TV box installed today and we were just having a look through at what channels we had. My husband clicked on one of the adult channels and then when he tried to go back it asked for our pin code. But when he entered the pin it then came up with a message to say that we had purchased a night pass. There doesn't seem to be any way to undo it or cancel it and we'd really prefer not to pay for it as we definitely won't be using it!

Hey Isobel_K, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community.
By entering the pin this does make the purchase, when it asks for the pin this is because it requiring payment.
Once the pin has been entered we wouldn't be able to refund this sorry.
