Hi I have the same problem. They upgraded me to the Mega bundle and said we would keep existing services, but BT Sport has disappeared which wasn’t agreed. Can you get it back please.

The Maxit TV tier which included BT/TNT Sports as inclusive, is now legacy and has been replaced with the Mega bundle which doesn't. TNT Sports is now a chargeable premium add-on regardless of TV tier, muchlike Sky Sports is.
You now have two options for adding TNT Sports.
1: Use statutory 14days cancellation to revert your package to whatever you had prior to changing, which I presume was Maxit. You can then negotiate for a new bundle if so you wish, on an informed basis that TNT Sports is now chargeable
2: Pay for the channels at £18/month
If you have any documentary proof that you were told the channels were included, then I would suggest collating that and posting it onto this thread.
