Hi I’ve ordered a broadband package which is due to be installed in a week or so. I’ve not had a Welcome email so I don’t have an account number to set up my account online Can you help.

As you have not yet been installed any action made in an attempt to set an online account up cannot be made until the account is installed and active. Once it is active, we will send out all your details to create an online account.
