Loss of service rebate from April

I registered that I had a loss of service on all of my services for four days back in April and I was under the impression that I would receive a bill credit for the days that the service was down. I just got my latest bill today and I still haven't had the credit to my bill.

How long does it normally take for my bill to be credited after registering a loss of service?

Whether you get some credit, or not, might depend on when exactly the days were because VM gets two clear working days to fix a fault before any compo is applied.

When compo does apply, VM should credit you within 30 days of the fault being fixed.
