Good morning, anyone else experiencing issues with live chat recently?
I've tried to contact VM through live chat since yesterday morning to cancel my VM contract as I'm a student moving back home (VM not available in my area), when I click the "Chat to us" button nothing is happening. I've tried multiple devices: Phone, PC, Tablet and 3 different networks, home broadband (BT), O2 5G and Vodafone 5G. Devices that have VPNs or Adblocks have been disabled. Tried incognito, 4 different browsers, cleared cache and cookies so I know it's not an issue on my end.
These are the links I've tried to contact through:
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/moving-home/students
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/moving-home
I'm no longer living at the address so need it cancelling ASAP, I was told before I agreed to the new contract that I wouldn't be charged an exit fee if my home I was moving back to was not serviceable.
[MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

Hey nheron21, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.
If you have moved out are you planning to take your Virgin services with you or just cancel it fully?

Hi Matthew,
The house I've moved back into doesn't have virgin media available in the area. So I'd have to cancel it fully.

Perhaps someone would like to read your original post in which this point was fully covered
