Hello.
After 11 years I must leave Virgin Media.
I`ve spoken with a Customer Service member about my leaving at the end of my contract, and I got info about returning my equipment which is:
Volt Gig1Fibre Broadband router
and TiVo
Both electronic devices were in a bundled contract. I got this years ago, and I did not use the TiVo. Unfortunately, I do not have any more TiVo. It was lost, and I do not know where it is.
How much I will be charged for this?
I`ve used only the broadband router.
I do not have the original packaging for the router, it is ok to send it in any other one?

The charges would depend on the equipment that requires returning, from what you have advised and if you have had the equipment for a while the charges may be lower than more recent equipment.
