Kit return still sitting with Yodel

Yodel have had my return kit since 1st May and you keep sending me emails and texts saying you will be charging me. Take it up with your supplier who have probably thrown it over a hedge or something. 
Don’t even think about charging me.

Of course I checked the status. It’s been at their National Hub since 2nd May and was collected by them on 1st May.
