I keep getting emails to return kit (broadband router). I have returned this kit over 3 weeks ago on Dec 21st 2023. I called virgin media on the 5th January (Albert in the Philippines) and gave him the tracking number and he confirmed that the kit has been posted back and I asked him to make a note on my account to say no to bother sending me any more emails. Now today I have received yet another email to say that a courier will be in the area to collect my kit and they will send me a text message to arrange collection. Every email I have got I could not reply to because it's from an address which does not take replies. I have no way of emailing back so that's why I contacted them by phone. I have previously emailed Lutz Schüler (CEO of Virgin Media in the UK) a few years ago on another matter but he was no help at all. So I will be getting in contact with the liberty media CEO, Greg Maffei,and tell him of my experience and get him to sort it out if this is not sorted out in the next few days and I end up getting charged for kit which I have returned. I generally find the Virgin Media customer service has been very bad. Hope this can be sorted.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are still getting reminders to return our equipment after advising this was sent on 21st December, from returning it can take 14 working days to show back in stock, as this was over the Christmas period it may be longer, when you returned this were you given tracking information, if so have you tracked it?
