Is the disconnection fees applicable for a candidate whose VISA is expired and so moving abroad??

I'am moving abroad as my Visa in UK is expiring next month and my company is not extending it further. Hence I need to discontinue the Virgin media broadband contract. WOuld the disconnection charges still apply, If I'am informing them this 1 month before.

Thank you again for enquiring about your early termination fees, you can read out help page online here that details information regarding the ETF. 

However we can confirm if you are still within contract and move outside of the UK then there would be a charge for the cancellation, the cost of which would depend on how much longer is left on your contract.
