Affecting, broadband, tv and phone

How do i go about getting compensation for loss of service. Trying to watch tv last few days is just ridiculous. Virgin keeps saying problem is complex and fix date is changing all the time.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues with the service you are having and the poor experience in relation to the delayed repair times.
The fix times are based on the engineers timings and advice for the repair needed on the network so it depends on the size and scale of the fault, and the issue itself.
