Incorrect Billing after Total Service Loss credit

My new bill shows:

Your last bill amount        Credit £116.18

Your package (10th May-9th June)     £42.43

Amount due £75.53

I had a 'Total Service Loss credit' last month of £158.61

Clearly my current bill should be £0.00 with a remaining credit of £75.53
