We recently had a loss of service for nearly 2 weeks, this was reported at the time and it was down to some maintenance that ran over. I was told I'd receive a credit for the downtime.
I still haven't received this.
If I call the CS line whatever option I choose I get cut off and sent web links etc, I went through web chat which prompted a WhatsApp message but I receive no response on there.
How can I speak to someone?

VM has upto 30 days to credit your account under the auto comp scheme, starting from the day when your service was restored
