I'm being charged for netflix but its included

Just renewed my tv and broadband on 16th Oct 2023. They assured me Netflix was included. I'm still paying £10.99 to Netflix AND now Virgin media are charging me £10.99 on my next bill! Waited over an hour last week  to get through to a guy who assured me it would be deal with. It hasn't been. Wait times are chronic. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the whole thin

      This is also my situation. Being charged 10.99 for something that should be included. Can someone please help?
