I'm being charged for netflix but its included

Just renewed my tv and broadband on 16th Oct 2023. They assured me Netflix was included. I'm still paying £10.99 to Netflix AND now Virgin media are charging me £10.99 on my next bill! Waited over an hour last week  to get through to a guy who assured me it would be deal with. It hasn't been. Wait times are chronic. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the whole thin
