Why am I getting charged for end of contract charge!? I paid this for the last two months! All because I have a new email address, which they won't acknowledge so frustrating

Hi I will repeat my problem I outlined iny original post, I am trying to set up a new direct debit from my bank account, but I am being charged £183 each month which I now know is for disconnection from my account, which I am not, and I can not afford this charge each month,as I am retired medically and don't get my government pension untill I officially retire may!?? So I urgently need help with changing my email and new password!?
