Hiya when my daughter registered for her virgin media account management online she entered the Incorrect email and now she can't log in as she can't assess the email how can I change this for her please

Hi. I have the exact same issue. I entered my 3rd party email address incorrectly on signup and now can’t register my account. Did you get this issue resolved?
