Incorrect 3rd party email address entered

Hi I'm trying to update the 3rd party email address as my new username on my VM account. Unfortunately I have entered this incorrectly so I can't see the verification link email. I can't find a way to correct this just a resend button. Can someone help me to update the email address to a valid one please?  Thanks.

  • Issue resolved now. A very helpful person on second line support sorted it out for me.

    Sadly there does not appear to be a way for the VM account holder to correct this issue, The Forum Team (VM staff who provide support on this forum) are best placed to help you get this sorted.

    One of the team will contact you via this thread either today or tomorrow and follow up with a PM / DM to you to take the necessary confidential details.
