Huge packet loss & slow download speed from 500mb to 2mb but upload speed isn't impacted

Hi Everyone, 

 

I've been having this issue for more than a week, tried everything and none of it worked, there's a construction on the road 200m -500m away from where I live. It's really annoying to have an issue like this. After monitoring this for few days the result is the same, please see results below. 

 

 

Virgin media app says always to wait 24h and the issue will be solved it's getting worse. 

 

Any solutions or suggestions?
